Reel fun

Our Family Ceilidh at the John Muir Campus on Friday 20 April was a big hit with the families who attended. Fifty-four Dunbar children brought 51 adults and there was some impressive dancing and great enthusiasm to learn new steps. The children enjoyed some party games and we refuelled after all that dancing with stovies and snacks. Ceilidhs are expensive to organise, so our aim was to provide a social event which covered its cost. We made a small profit of £45.72 which goes into Parent Council funds to be used for the benefit of the school. Thanks to everyone for coming, and special thanks to everyone who helped to make the evening such a success.
