Weever fish warning

Maree Douglas has asked us to warn people about several cases of Weever fish stings in the area this summer. The advice is to keep feet covered in the sea or at the shoreline. Wikipedia explains that although extremely unpleasant, weever stings are not generally dangerous and the pain will ease considerably within a few hours even if untreated. More about Weevers
